About me

Welcome to part of my world!

I’m a second year PhD student in Computer Science at College of Engineering and Computer Science, University of Central Florida, supervised by Dr. Wei Zhang. Previously, I was a researcher at CMC Research Institute for Applied Technology, CMC Corporation, working with Dr. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh in cooperation with Hanoi University of Science and Technology. I received my honours bachelor degree in Mathematics and Informatics from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Research Interest

I’m mainly interested in the research of Data Mining and Computational Biology. My current research focuses on developing algorithms and models for multi-omics data integration, ranged from bulk, single-cell to spatial omics. I’m also interested in Machine Learning and Mathematical Optimization.
